Blaine is a southeast Wyoming native who grew up loving the land and country. But after graduating from the Colorado Institute of Art with a degree in architecture and interior design, Blaine decided to move to Las Vegas and became very successful working in the interior design industry focusing on high end fabrics and furniture.
In 1990 Blaine moved to Savannah. Over the years he restored many properties in Savannah's historic districts historic and extensively renovated two historic Victorian homes into nationally recognized bed and breakfast inns, the Catherine Ward House Inn and Park Avenue Manor.
In addition to a successful real estate career, Blaine owns one of Savannah's premier nightclubs in the Historic District located off Chippewa Square.
